YOU ME US
Date posted May 2010
YOU ME US is an innovative production, highlighting the signs and symptoms of bowel cancer and raising awareness of the screening programme. Again the Department of Health set the ball in motion by providing funding for the research, writing, and a subsidised pilot tour, which took place during February/March 2009
Reaction to the production has been entirely positive and the programme has " done what it says on the tin" by encouraging a greater uptake of screening. It has proved to be particularly useful in targeting men and one of the more innovative venues during 2010 was the HM Prison at Walton Liverpool.
Touring of this programme continues and for further details or to discuss inclusion in a tour please contact Philippa or Jeff at Pyramid

"WHO'S HELEN?"
Date posted January 2008
Pyramid Theatre Company had a successful tour of England, subsidised by the Department of Health, in Autumn 2004 and Spring 2005. The production was used in a variety of ways with a range of audiences and was effective in giving older people a voice, opening a dialogue between Service Providers and Service Users, imparting information, encouraging intergenerational understanding, and as a training aid for Service Professionals.
The fully comprehensive reports provided by Pyramid allow Service Providers to assess the stated needs of the client group and plan future strategy and training opportunities.
Due to its versatility, and the fact that, unlike our other productions, "WHO'S HELEN?' can be booked for a single performance, this production remains popular for use at annual events, conferences and training sessions as well as for longer tours with a variety of audiences.
